If you're gonna use it for gaming, don't buy. The GPU in both aren't good. If not, then they look decent I guess.

Hello! Sorry for bugging you but I was asking specifically for average framerate. This laptop is for small gaming, and I am planning on upgrading my parts. Thanks for the feedback though!

You won't be upgrading very far, the most you could really do is upgrade the RAM and possibly change out the HDD to an SSD.
However, 6gb RAM is already plenty enough so you'd be wasting your money to upgrade to 8gb which is probably the most the laptop can support.
SSD would boost performance in everything but games.

Yeah like CaptainMurica said, you will definitely be able to play on reasonable settings, even more so if you do use OptiFine. Especially with the resolution the laptop has and the okay iGPU on the i5 can handle basic games like Minecraft just fine as long as you're not thinking about Anti-Aliasing or Shaders Mod.
I'd say on Fancy graphics and around 10 render distance with OptiFine you will be getting very playable fps.
That laptop is surprisingly decent for the cost, you're paying slightly more and getting a lot more performance than some other laptops, it's a good deal.

I found this laptop for $300 which is great for the specs! I was just curious to how many frames I would get. Thanks for the feedback!

If you don't need a laptop, you can pick up an Alienware Alpha for not much more. It has an i3 and an overclocked GTX 860M, which is good enough for GTA V and Star Wars Battlefront. Plus, it comes with an Xbox 360 controller and wireless USB dongle.

Probably between 40-60 FPS on modest settings. I've used the same CPU and iGPU and it's not made for gaming.

With our without optifine?

That accounts for both. If you plan on paying more than $350 for this laptop, you're getting ripped off from a gaming perspective. There are better options for that price range.
