New System - Able to play Minecraft ?

Hello Guys,
Just looking at buying a new desktop system and was wondering if these specs are suitable for playing Minecraft and at what FPS.
Specifications:
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 750K Quad-Core Cpu @ 3.4GHZ (Turbo: 4 GHZ)
GRAPHICS: AMD Radeon R7 240 (2GB
RAM: 8GB 1600MHZ
MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte F2A55M-HD2
HARD DRIVE: 1TB SATA3 6GB P/s
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

What is this computer going to be used for?
Generally playing Minecraft and some other casual games (Nothing to demanding) and also using SolidWorks (A CAD Programme)
What is your budget?
About 600 Euro
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
Ireland.
What is included in the budget?
Everything. Computer (Case, OS, Motherboard etc...) Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse, Speakers
Will you be overclocking?
If needs be yes. The CPU comes with an Automatic Turbo to 4GHZ
Will you be reusing any parts?
Nope
What OS do you want?
Will definitely be using Windows 7
Any other special features that you want in the build?
WIFI is the only other extra I need.
I would like to mention Im buying off FiercePC and I'm also not allowed to build my own desktop
