Recently I got a new PC and HWMonitor is showing one of the fans to have a wildly varying RPM, going from 1200 to 2500 for a split second then going back down. This isn't just a problem with it though. The ASRock fantastic tuning shows 100% to be 1637 rpm, 90% 1742 rpm, 80% to be 1254 rpm (the lowest it gave me), 50% to be 2001 rpm (the highest it gave me), and so on and so forth. I'm just wondering what could be causing this.
