Is this a good 430 dollar PC build?

A CD Drive is not needed, and I have a key for Windows 8 on a flash drive.

I'd change the Asus card with this one

No real change in performance and costs less. With the extra money you could get a Hyper 212 Evo, but I know from experience that it's rather hard to fit in the Source 210.

I would keep the cooler just in case.

IMO, yes. The CPU is pretty "meh" but it's decent at 3.2GHz. However, one quarrel I do have is the PSU. I'd try and strive for 800W+, as your GPU will absorb the majority of your power.

I run a 650Ti Boost for example and that takes up a LOT of power, in addition to my quad-core however so...

Conclusion: Upgrade the PSU.

Uh, that GPU is made to use barely any power. You could go with a 430 Watt PSU and be absolutely fine.

I would change the GPU out for an r7 265.

Yeah, I just looked and it only takes 60W.

Alright, I upgraded the PSU to a 70 dollar 800W bringing the build to 460, which is fine.

The CPU I chose is pretty good from what I hear. Even though 3.2GHz. doesn't sound like a lot, it is, and apparently it is overclockable to 4.7GHz. and it beats the AMD 860x.
