I have a GeForce 630, and its awesome so I say yes its a good one

If you're gonna get a 650, might as well get a 660. I'm very happy with mine.
Edit: If it's just for MC, it's a good graphics card. Mine is overkill for most games I play, those games being Assassins Creed: Black Flag and such...

Keep in mind that performance depends on other things, as well, like your processor.

It depends on what you're gonna use it for, are you looking for high/ultra gaming? Or just plain ole gaming? And are you looking to record? Because if you are, then i'd go with a 700 series, as they have shadowplay.
