Upgrading PC (Celeron)

Currently, I have a Celeron G1820 and a Radon HD 5450, both pretty poopy. I am going to upgrade EITHER an i3-4130 or a Radeon HD 7770, NOTHING ELSE. I wanted to know which would be a better upgrade, as I can only choose one. (Mostly used for Minecraft and TF2)

er, that's kinda a tough one. For those games, you may honestly be better off with an i3.... The celeron is a bottleneck though for the GPU upgrade...

I kinda thought so, also is the Intel Integrated GPU any better then the 5450?

Thought i'd look into it, and yeah it is. So go with the i3. The 4600 is a decent amount faster than the 5450.
