I'd recommend something a little bit more pricier but still in the affordable range. I'm a tech geek, and I love my Nexus 7 2013. It costs $100 more than these, 16gb comes at 229 and 32gb at 269. They're normally priced at deals in Staples randomly at $200. You won't regret saving more money and buying them. Why Nexus 7? Well, it's a 7 inch form factor which looks like the category you are in to. It's got a fast processor Snapdragon S4 Pro clocked at 1.5GHZ. It's got a beautiful screen at 323 ppi, 1920x1200 HD display. It's got 2GB of RAM and is available in 16gb and 32gb in black or white. Also, since it's a Nexus, a company from Google, this means you will get the latest Android version as soon as it is released. Why does this matter? Some phones and tablets take 6 months to be updated, which probably will be their last, in contrast to this tablet, it will get it no less than a month. 4.4 Android Kitkat is its current version for this tablet.
However if you want any of these tablets you listed, get the Nobis. It's got 4.2 Jellybean, while it's not the latest Android version, is still better than 4.1 Jellybean. And it's got 1GB of RAM while its not much its better than 512MB
EDIT: I've seen a lot of comments talking about the cores, but in reality, they don't matter. Samsung S4 has a quadcore, and the Moto X has a dual core, but the Moto X in some speed tests passes the S4 by a lot.

The bottom one also appears to be a Chromebook. They suck. Horribly.

usually, if something comes in a package, it means that it is lacking something in the first place. I would recommend the first just because it is sold by itself.computers are the same as tablets are the same as airsoft guns (in this aspect) if it comes bundled in a package at a fairly low price, it means that the company selling it needs to add more sellable features (so they add in random crap with it).
EDIT: My assumption was completely right. The first comes with twice as much system memory, a great resolution and many more selling features. The second one has a really low resolution that would hinder your video quality and lacking hardware

Get the $90 one.
4 cores instead of 1 core for only 20 extra dollars should be a no-brainer.

Well, what do you plan on doing with the tablets?
Work?
Playing games (what kinds of games)?
If it were me, I'd go with the quad core.
