Hello everybody, recently I have been working on a Java game called SpaceWanderer. I am regularly updating it and have a blog to go along with it. As a suggestion, I think you should add some sort of coin system. For every game you play, you can earn points(Or Coins) and put that towards on upgrades, power-ups, etc..

The updates are not automatic at the moment. May implement that feature in future though.

Yeah, that's fine, but I would suggest waiting until atleast version 0.5 so that there is actually an aim to the game

2. Race mode (multiplayer) Race real people
3. Multiplayer
4. Usernames (I know you said we have to go into the files to change our name, I did it already, but there should be usernames so people don't get mixed up who is who :/
5. Co-op (You and 2 other friends Vs. each other)
6. Co-op robots (You and 2 other friends Vs. 3 robots)
That's pretty much it,

Thanks, these are really good ideas. The problem with the whole user name thing is that I would have to create a server to check that you are that user. So yeah.

Thanks for replying quickly, glad you like my ideas When the game gets big or in a few months or something you should start making those servers if you can, because it will come in handy for multiplayer :/

Hi, I am working as hard as possible to get this update out before November. There is a bit of a bug with java so when you shoot it will follow your mouse instead of going in one direction. I will try to get this fixed, but if not I will just release it and fix it later.

Hi Matt. I do not believe it is possible to make winrar stop picking up jar files. You will have to fix that yourself (as it was the way winrar was set up on your pc). I have winrar and I don't have this problem because I configured winrar to not pick up jar files. Here's a link to help fix it http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=240842

I'm currently working on v0.3 (just trying to get work done before Virtual Minecon). I am running into some bugs, but apart from that, can't wait to see everyone at Virtual Minecon this evening!

Ok so you can already choose you name (inside the jar there is a config). And you will need to change the right click thing yourself becuase you set up winrar to detect jar files. But apart from that, great suggestions, thanks!

I already changed my name to Matt and everything, but you should make in game usernames so when people first get the game, they can make a username. You should also make it that instead of having to turn off the winrar thing, you should be able to just double click it. Sorry if I said something that would be impossible to code, im just a beginner coder xD
