Off Topic but I type in red because Red, White and Black are my favorite colours and Black is default-- No fun. White, you wouldn't see what I type. Therefore I type in Red, ;p...
hunterbeebeDelta 7xI haven't really touched upon Laptops quite yet, but I would still do some research on the Laptop to see how much RAM it can support because unfortunately there is a limit and many different kinds of RAM and if you buy too much or the wrong type you could just be wasting money...
Why do you type in red? O_o

First, before you spend money on more RAM, do some research on your Motherboard, if your computer cannot support more than a set amount or RAM you would have wasted money.
IF it can support 6 or 8GB of RAM by all means spend the money, I'll tell you from personal use my computer uses 8GB of RAM but is a Quad-Core and it runs Minecraft at max settings at about 189FPS, I do not think it would be that high for you but you will notice a difference.
