For the first time I used ADF.LY and it says: "Shorten URLS and get paid! I want to know if it's a scam.
I've seen many websites like this like: adfoc.us and ad craft.co .etc
They all seem pretty legit "except adfoc.us, it looks like a p0rn website.lol"
But let's stick to the topic, is it safe to download from ADF.ly or any other website with the slur that says (shorten urls and get paid!)
If they are a scam, I would not to go to these websites if they are.
Please tell me if these are safe, friendly, and non virus websites! Thank you.

adf.ly & adfoc.us are the only two that i know of that are not scams

It's legit, but it hardly pays unless you get a lot of hits on your link.

Would I really get paid?
When it comes to Minecraft, I'd bet that 90% of people who try to (ab)use it don't make any money. The minimum payout is $5, meaning you don't make any money until you've reached enough clicks to get $5.
If you don't have good content and a decent amount of fans, don't use it because it'll only hinder you, and you probably won't make any money. If you do, it'll probably take you years to make $5.
Also, on PMC you have to be level 20 to use it on projects, and that's so (hypothetically) it will reduce people trying to "make a quick buck" by trying to restrict it to people who actually have good content.

Adfly won't do anything except show others useless ads and give you money.
A lot of people use it so I assume you (actually) get paid.
