Over a period of time, i've come up with an idea for a MMO that completly goes around player to player socialization.
The idea is, there is a very large world, about on a 0.25:1 scale with earth, that takes place in medeival times. You create your character and spawn in the default kingdom, run by NPCs, where you will do simple quests and and try to get more money and more materials. Once you get enough, you would ask the king of the kingdom if you may establish a village for a certain price. Once you have your village set up, you can recruit other players who may not have enough money, to start a village, or simply doesnt want one at all. You recruit more and more people, and the power of your village grows as you gain materials. Soon, once you have enough materials, you break away from the kingdom and form your own kingdom. NPCs would no longer be present and would be COMPLETLY run by the player. If you decide not to own a kingdom, you can take on other jobs as well. You can be a merchant, where you craft your gear, upgrade it, and sell it to other players, or be a adventurer and buy the gear, slay any monsters that surround the kingdom. Basicly, you can be whoever you want to be, and do things how you want.
Kingdoms can also go to war with eachother, and you can go to war. The loyal players who chose to be knights would go to the war and fight for your kingdoms ideals. You may also ask your PLAYER king, if you may have a village within his kingdom.
The price of this game would be about 15$-25$ and you can play forever. There could possibly be DLC, but it would only come out every few years and would include MASSIVE changes.
If i ever get into college for software development/Game development, I will try to get this game to be a reality.

I would definitely get that game, but how good would the graphics be? (My laptop is not very high end )

Well I was thinking about the graphics being about the same as Fallout New Vegas, which to what i can recall, runs pretty well on older computers

Thanks, I'm going to make it now and say I came up with the idea ALL BY MYSELF. loljk. Cool idea though, I too am looking to get into game developing. Only problem is, a game like that would be HUGE to make.
