This is a well known issue called "scamming"

Planetminecraft had said they won't do any kind of server visits or any think like this. He is most likely some guy who has nothing to do with pmc staff and uses this as an excuse to get op in your server, don't op or gm them or anything like that. Just ignore him.

There's no need to contact a moderator about this. As we've stated clearly many times, PMC does not review servers and moderators will never ask for OP when we do go on servers.
