I was just asking because I was curious. This is my laptop we are talking about while my PC can run it at ultra high so was just wondering if I could expand that experience here even on low on reasonable frame rate, well thanks anyways guys!

I wouldn't expect to run it in an enjoyable state or at all since you don't meet the minimum requirements. If you can't run it at all or just not well enough to enjoy the game, you could just not play longer than 2 hours and then request a refund from Steam if that's where you got it from, as others have said.

You should be able to play on Normal, and maybe even high!

you will have more of an chance than I did when i tried to, you defiantly wont be able to max it out though
this is the minimum recommended specs given by Bethesda
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Processor: Intel Core i5-2300 2.8 GHz/AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0 GHz or equivalent
Memory: 8GB RAM
Graphics: GeForce GTX 550 Ti with 2GB VRAM
you have 4gb ram it calls for 8gb you have 1.5ishgb vram it calls for 2, your processor should be able to run it okay
