An interesting thread name, isn't it? Anyways lets get onto the thing.
So can someone recommend me some good mic as mine is somehow "too quiet" when recording but normal when talking on Skype. I mean its just weird how my mic lowers its sensitivity when recording and when talking on Skype. Any mics that are available world wide would be nice and are not so expensive that ill have to sell half of my house for one, thanks.
Here is the video and sound that is so low that I don't know what to do.

If low volume is the only problem, consider using software like Audacity to record audio separately, then amplify it. Leave about 4-5 seconds of audio recording running empty before starting to speak.
That way you can amplify, then select a noise profile from the silent record using "noise removal", and use noise removal again on the entire recording.
If you wish you can also flatten out your audio, so peaks of you speaking very loudly or very quietly will become less pronounced, and change the pitch and tone of your voice.

Will try this too, thanks!

If you're looking for a cheap but excellent mic, I'd suggest looking at the Samson Meteor. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg and it's a superb microphone.
If you've got a bit of a higher budget, I'd recommend the Audio Technica AT2035 microphone. Keep in mind, though you'll more than likely need an audio interface, and you'll also need a pop filter and mic stand (I find a boom stand works quite well).

Those are my setting, recording software uses default recording configurations.

I like the Modmic 4.0. It's inexpensive and works really well.

I use the Snowball iCE condenser. You're audio levels will be fine if you use this mic. It hears everything. Someone could knock on your door, and this mic would hear it clearly. But, it's also not super loud either. I've had it for a year, I'm really happy with it.

I use the Plantronics Gamecom 780 headset, The microphone quality has been compared to those of a standalone mic, and the audio quality is great too. Had them for the last 4 years and still work great. They're super robust too, I've thrown them, dropped them, sat on them, e.t.c Lol. Still good.
