Help me, graphical issue?

Don't get this as advertising as I don't know how other could I explain this issue and screenshots wont capture it, they capture normal game only.

So yeah, look at the video and please for the love of God, help me if you can because I bet my PC can handle more than 8 chunks, 100% sure!
