Help with new server.

Alright i followed this exact guide

When i try to connect to my own freaking server it kicks me off and says i need to log in on that black server box.
On the minecraft itself it says this:
Internal Exception: java.jo.IOException: Bad packet id 14.
I put my user in the admins and players txt.file and it did nothing.
Can anyone help me on what it wants me to do to get on MY OWN server?!

The C:/ drive console wants me to log in!!!

Everything should be fine if it let me log into it.
I am using MY downloaded minecraft game THAT I bought. Should the one at minecraft.net one work? I can't try it because it only shows black.

Make sure that you are logged into Minecraft and using a legit copy of the game. Also, check out my guide on setting up a server located in the multiplayer server section for more info in case that does not work.

And run which as administrator? The start server file or minecraft itself?
Ill try both and see what happens
Edit: can't run the start serv. as admin it messes up. And running mc as admin does nothing.

ahh ok well 1st things 1st, did u forward all your ports to move freely thru ur router(if u have 1) and are u running as administrater ect...?

Uhhhh i am making possibly a SMP if i can get thiss working i will set up everything then realease it out.
