Found it when searching up Minecraft skins
Back when minecraft was just a new game (1.2.5) PMC was the only reliable and safe place to download maps and mods at the time. it was also easier to navigate then MC forums since everything was listed in a way that made it easy to find what ya wanted.
With a number of other 'refugees' from an expected shutdown & "Ye Great Purge" of https://www.minecraftforum.net/forums back in Spring of '19

IDK I was just minding my own business on my computer one day and I stumbled on this, but now Mineplex is down so until it comes back I'm a full-time PMC-er
went looking for it :D
