OMG. This has been bugging me for.. MY WHOLE LIFE, and I found a solution! (Windows 8 style), so first thing you do, in the bottom right of your screen, you will see the time, now look to the left. You will see "ENG". Click on English (United States), and try doing a '?'. If you're Canadian, you live in a bi-lingual country. (This means your country has two national languages), in this case, Canada's two national languages are both French and English.
