Huge datapack contest and giveaway!! (Huge Prize)!!!!!

Hey everyone, me and some frends (we're all Youtubers) are starting an SMP and we needed a data pack to go with it.
What it needs to do is the following:
1. Give the player, StormEnder, when he crouches, it starts raining, and when he right clicks while crouching, a bolt of lightning strikes the block he punched.
2. Give the player, ShortCutGamez, when he crouches, he turns invisible (without particles), and when he right clicks while crouching, a frosty-looking effect goes in front of him and slows the entities in it.
3. Give the player, EnterTheLab, when he right clicks while crouching, he throws a random potion
Also, it doesn't matter if it has to be an item or something to right click with as long as the item is something good like a sword or a retextured music disc or retextured carrot on a stick or similar
The first prize payout is $50 in PayPal or BTC, whichever you prefer!
There will be 2 runners-up, each in $5 PayPal or BTC
The contest will end on the data 6/30/21!!!!!
