Or just find a good server that can support your channel and in return you get your subscribers to go on the server.

i'm sorry. Most people don't host servers for free, they cost money in the form of internet bandwidth, power, and mean that a computer has to be on 24/7.
If you wanted to rent a server, there are many places that offer servers for cheap.
