Hey guys, Pokemon here and I would like to ask you guys for pet suggestions. Ok so first of all, I don't want a big dog. I want something that's friendly towards dogs and humans, also I want him/her to be playful, energetic, and affectionate, but all dogs become affectionate at some point. The reason I want it to be friendly towards dogs and animals is so I can have it near to my poodle/Maltese mix. Thanks for helping guys.

I personally dont uspport the Miniature Schnauzer suggestion due to personal experience. I once had a Miniature Schnauzer that was so dumb. One time my mom was making cinnamon roles and he ate all of them before they rose. So he was laying there on the floor for the whole day groaning as they expanded in his stomach. It as a miracle it didn't pop.

I suggest Shih Tzus, mine is 7 1/2 and still very active. Plus, Shih Tzus have hair, not fur, so you don't have to worry about shedding- that was the main reason my family got a Shih Tzu, my parents are allergic to the fur dogs shed. Also, according to Wikipedia....
"Although a Shih Tzu's temperament varies from dog to dog, the breed has a personality and temperament that is loyal, affectionate, outgoing, and alert."

nricker12 your kitty is cute. I trained my cat to do tricks. My other cat Dora is best friends with my dog, and my other cat Lucy, well she's old. We got Lucy because one of our friends was moving and they were afraid the stress would kill her. But later on we moved to Colorado and Lucy was just fine. We still have her like 6 years later. Anyway, Lucy is cuddly. More on the subject about getting another pet. I suggest going to the Humane Society. The dogs there will most likely be mixed. But the volunteers at the Humane Society will help make sure that the personality of the dog matches what you want, and what your other dog can handle. I personally think that bigger dogs are more gentle then smaller dogs. But that could be because I live in a house where they treat their little dogs like children, which creates pack association issues. Their chihuahua Chewy is food aggressive because of them treating the dogs like babies. Just be careful in how you treat your dog, and your new dog and any dog breed with the right personality will fit into your home just fine.

Be sure you do your research and be sure that you don't have to chose right away.

(I hope I didn't ramble too much.)

You should get a pet flappy bird. Their so addictive to watch and play with.

I think maybe a Corgi, They are just so cute. They in my opinion are the best dog you can get. They are in the top 10 list of small dog breeds. Very sweet and funny to watch them on their stubby legs xD

Pembroke Welsh Corgi:

Cardigan Welsh Corgi:

Blue Cardigan Welsh Corgi:

Merle Corgi:

The Merle Corgi looks like a pom, but its not

i can support this, they are very intelligent dogs, very friendly, they have a very long life-span (mine was 15 years old, but he didn't die of old age, he was murdered by a wild animal ) and are, well, just an overall good pet.
