*Noob Question* .gif pics on PMC

Hey im new to PMC, and dont know how to get the gifs working in the profile avatar :\ my current avatar was supposed to be a gif but its not working, how do i fix this?

i had a few animated icons when i started PMC the file size may be too big try re sizing it to get it to work my signature GIFS are awesome

I think you must be some level for that to work, not sure, because I have used .gif avatars and they have worked

It has nothing to do with levels I think because I saw some Level 1 people with .gif for their avatars.
