Well there will always be noob texture packs...you knw the porly made ones that look like scribles because not everyone is an amazing artist. I think it would be pretty unfair to flag a bad texturepack just because it doesnt look good.
Yeah and it was the halloween set so he really only needed to click one button if he was smart enough...

Yes I saw a painterly pack texture and the guy said "I know it's a painterly pack but it took a long time to make"
If you sees default texture packs, report them please.
