UM, I THINK IT'S A BIT OBVIOUS.

If you mean I'd literally be killed by the hot drink, but the cold one would just give me a headache, then...I'd definitely rather drink the cold one. Even if the death isn't literal, though, I'd probably prefer a brief headache to a longer-lasting burn.
