Save the Quality RP [HUB]

Now, I know some of us enjoy RP to an extent. The majority of this group doesn't care about quality RP, and thus has poor RP in their threads. The minority, however, find writing the best part of the RP, not "being someone else with my Best Friend Online! <3". Since the majority is short, poor IC threads, the minority can not enjoy what they do. Ruined by the majority. I, being part of the minority, do not like this and I wish to change this, though I can not stop these people from doing this, I believe we can keep these people out of RPs with first-class RPers in it, resulting in an IC post with great quality.
I am aware of the post, "Original Idea RP Hub". It is the hub for _all RPers_, and attempting to do this on that thread will be impossible in many ways.
The Conspicuous Rules
[1] Typical Forum Rules.
[2] Flaming/trolling will result in "banning" from the thread.
[3] Only people who "support" top-notch RPing shall be classified as "members" of the thread. Those who are none for bad one-liner posts shall be disqualified from joining as a member, unless they vow to shake this bad habit and thrive for better writing.
[4] Respect human rights. People have the right to say their opinion.
[5] Don't be a d**k about the things you don't like.
[6] Do not swear like a sailor.

Pinkie, "Advanced" is extremely long posts. This thread is more accurately one~five+ paragraph posts of moderately well-written posts instead of "Derp looked up and saw a star."

Well, you can actually find some examples of my first time roleplaying, on the below thread. It was the very first RP I had made, and I believe the first thread I had done it in. It is quite original, I suppose.

Well sometimes I make one liner posts but sometimes my posts are longer
especially if they are infinite character roleplays because I control multiple characters at the same time.

It depends of the quality of the RP, How good I RP
For example, for Deathlazars magitech I would go
Dahg ran down the street, hoping to catch the mechanical puppy.
But for something like Roxthesox's roleplay I would go
Dahg followed the foot steps silently, hoping to catch the warrior off guard. Without a say in the matter, the moonlight glistened of Dahgs sword, giving off his position. Noticing his failure in hunting he pulled out his sword, ready to fight.
It depends of the quality of the RP, How good I RP

I suppose I shall give some examples of my RP'ing. Not the best.
John lumbered through the street, unaware of the brewing storms. He took a quick look to his left, then pushed open the door into his cabin. John sighed as it was rather musty, and collapsed onto his chair.
As the last remnants of the storm swept through, John sighed, and walked casually back to his home. He contemplated going to the local trader, but decided against it.
