When I was little, I had a dream that I was tiny and office supplies were chasing me through a desk. But that was not the scary part, the scary part was a stapler stapled me to the table and the scissors were coming. I woke up at that exact moment.

Totally ,I had nightmares of the Slenderman and also play the game at night(when I do play the game and pass trough a forest to get home I run like if I was crazy).

I did that once. I slept fine. But then I woke up at midnight and had one of those awake dreams, and he was just standing outside my window. When I blinked, he disappeared and I thought I was safe. But my bedroom door has a window and he was RIGHT THERE, OUTSIDE MY BEDROOM. Then he teleported into my room and became an Aeo Oni and grinned and said "It's raping time!"

I've died in my nightmare before.
I think I lived a very demented childhood with dreams and nightmares.
I was about 6 or 7, on a nice summer afternoon. My mom was in the back swimming, my older brother in his room, my little brother in our third story, and my dad in the office gaming. Our garage door was open, just like it is every afternoon since we live in a two street, safe neighborhood. I was in the Kitchen making sandwiches for me when three men all in black with ski masks came through the garage door. One had a gun, one a machete, and one gasoline and a lighter. I quickly dropped to the floor, and they just wondered away, since our Kitchen is in the corner of our house. I saw them split up, the machete going upstairs, the gasoline standing at the bottom of the stairs, adjacent to the backdoor, and the gun going out back, to our screened-in porch. Then I heard a bang, and saw the gun shooting and killing my mother, leaving her there in the water, floating. I started crying at this point.I hear screams of my older brother, which got me more upset. I just sat there sobbing still. Then I hear my little brother scream, running around, then a loud thunk. That's when I got pissed. I ran to try to warn my dad, around to our Dining Room, which is across the hall from our Office. I run by, risking to be seen, but suddenly glass doors appeared on the Office, and I couldn't open them, my Dad couldn't see through them, and it was sound-proof. I had no idea what I was doing. I run back to the Kitchen, into the Sun-Room, to my dads gun safe. Luckily I knew the code somehow. I open it, and find rifles, pistols, and a sword. I had no idea how to use the guns, and I was only strong enough for the Pistols (I was 6 at the time), so I grabbed the sword. I run out with the sword unsheathed, attempting to slice the one with gasoline, but I got his shirt. I heard him shout, so then the guy with the Machete jumped from my Balcony, cut my throat, left me there, gasoline poured into my mouth, ears, nose, and eyes, got shot in my foot, gasoline was lit so I was burning alive, then the guy with the Machete cut me up and died. Later on I was a Ghost, saw my own Funeral. Apparently I died at the age of 41, in Iran as I was enlisted in the Air Force. I saw my body, I was a St. Lieutenant, and I had a wife, and 2 kids. Then All around me I saw blackness, closing, then got squished to death. Dying. Again.
I think I lived a very demented childhood with dreams and nightmares.

Not true! One time I was dreaming that I fell off of a cliff that was filled with radioactive acid and right as I accidently fell I woke up! But you do have a lot of pain in you body when you wake up. : P

I agree. The only pain that can happen in a nightmare/dream has to be created by what is happening in the real world. For example, in this nightmare, I got cut by the knife Aaron was holding by accident and I woke up to realize I slid my arm into scissors.
