I usually just choose the Nord, Myself.

If you're just starting and don't really know what you want as your skills etc. yet, go with a Nord. Once you start figuring out what you like in the game, like for example lockpicking, sneaking, light armor, and light weapons would be a Khajiit, but heavy armor, weapons, and blacksmithing would be an Orc.

But remember, it's your choice.
