Whenever I go to check out new skins there is always some teenager skin. It's just a copy of the original one.The worst part is that they get diamonds and downloads for this! Can I somehow report these people?

Fin a skin that is the same, posted before it, and report it adding the link and marking it unoriginal. You'll have your work cut out for you. Everyone is tired of them, but they are so abundant you can't hope to stop them.
