It looks very fun and easy. I'm order my new gaming PC. I'm ordering all of the parts one by one from http://www.newegg.com
I want to know what the best free screen recorder there is. I know it's an opinion question, but what is it.

Hey! If you're getting a GPU that's in the Nvidia 600 or 700 series, you can get shadowplay!, I use it to record in 1080p and 30 fps to upload to youtube! It's brilliant, you can google more about it.

I use Fraps and I highly recommend it aside that you cannot pause the recording if there is an interruption.

If you can afford a good gaming pc, you can most likely afford a $40 recorder.

if you are searching for a free screen recorder I dont think there is many out there especially if you are planning on using it for game.
You can spend some of your money to buy fraps or dxtory.

Pretty meh sorta stuff youtube. Make a thingy, nothing happens. Feel meh. I don't know, If you will enjoy it, do it.

Honestly, it's a great experience. It's alot of fun not only recording, and playing games, but making thumbnails and stuff. It's very time consuming though. You gotta do it right.

I often find making thumbnails are the most time-consuming part of YouTubing.
But honestly, it IS a good experience. If you're not too busy I do think you should do it :3

For the recorder I'd suggest Bandicam. Its files are smaller, it's more user-friendly, and it gets the same (if not better) framerate as other recorders, such as Fraps.

Plus, it can be really hard to find pirated things online anyway (depending on what it is)

I've heard some good things about Fraps, but I'm not sure. Honestly Purp, I'm in the same boat as you. I want to be a youtuber as well. Now if only we knew the recording technology.

Yeah, OBS is actually pretty good. It may be confusing, but it's actually nice.
