The stairs and slabs are amazing. Also, all the new crafting blocks, especially the loom, because I won't have to look up the recipes everytime I want to make a banner

Personally my favorite addition of 1.14 would be the change in buildings of the villages giving them more variations in certain biomes instead of having the same buildings of villages in every biome. They all look great compared to the old ones imo.

If I'm allowed to be technical, it's probably the CustomModelData tag. It allows us to have so many more models/textures.
For survival, I'd say that my favorite additions are the new slabs/stairs/walls as they add many more new possibilities for building.
