I don't remember. My dad had me playing Sega Genesis since I was born. It was probably an NHL games, or maybe altered beast. I don't think he owned Sonic games until after he bought them for me.
The first game I ever owned for myself was Ocarina of Time. I bought an N64 when I was really young (saved up all my money) but I couldn't afford a game. I was so happy when I came home and found Ocarina of Time on my pillow.

PlayStation 2's Dark Cloud. I hated the game back then, I came back and played it 7 years later... Love it now.
