First of all Jeb was made the lead developer of minecraft because Notch made him and Notch didn't quit he is just working more on his other projects and letting Jeb handle minecraft for now

I would ask him how hard game programming and desinging (i cant spell) is and give him some ideas and say i would like to work for Mojang some day

i did meet him at minecon, also met cyprezz and got a pmc t-shirt, i was walking in the casino area and was nervous to talk to him so my dad asked him if i could talk to him
(talking about cyprezz) then i met notch when they were walking off stage from the mojang panel, also i got an autograph from the whole mojang team.
