I really am starting to find Jeb's updates painful and troublesome, sure it adds some nice stuff to play around with, but I rarely use them. They are buggy, update so often and often cause bugs and issues with my minecraft account.

My favourite update was 1.7.3, everything was simple, fun and enjoyable. Now everything is full of noobs, hackers, annoyances and trolls. 1.7 was before the trolling, before the trouble started on the full release, it had all the best features and everyone was pretty nice back then. I would basically like to add a more peaceful 'classic' server. Sort of like the classic servers they have on Minecraft,net, but there are three different types 'alpha release servers and clients' 'beta release servers and clients' and 'current release servers and clients', so you can play alpha, and seeing as more older minecrafters would feel compelled to play on these, trolls and such would be turned off by the maturity of the minecrafters and the unupdated client. It would be nice to play with alpha releases which I never got to play, compared to the action filled end stages of beta,

But I want for the future evolved combat, something more realistic, whether its just hit boxes or different weapons or how you attack. That is all.

More Redstone items. Like maybe a 4 way repeater, or something that can delay the Redstone for more than 3/10ths of a second. (Or however long repeaters delay.) Maybe some wireless stuff, transmitter and receiver. I know this stuff can be found in Redstone mods and such, but I want to see this actually in the Vanilla Minecraft.

I want a new biome. Something like a glacier biome, cool big ice mountains.
Also maybe a forrest hill biome would be cool too

A gamemode that allows you to play a world using 'old' minecraft mechanics. Like the old combat, old sounds, old world generation.

Everything you all said was cool but think of the true feeling of minecraft: surviving and building with limited stuff. When we get to mutch of mods, minecraft will become on big mod at himself.

I'd like there to be natural disasters, e.g Tornados ; tsunamis, volcanos etc etc, I think that'd be pretty cool on survival mode, make surviving even more challenging, and some more effects like if there was a lightening storm and it struck a tree, the tree would either fall down or turn a burned colour.

Emerald swords and armor, alot better than iron, but slightly less than diamond.

Yeah like something like the zeppelin mods, ships. That would be awesome to have ships free of the actual grid. I mean have like cargo ships that bring supplies back from your mining island far out in the ocean. And have like ship battles.

So pretty much, ships that u can build with any blocks and with like one command make it free of the grid and make it a moving ship.

I also agree with blade. The ocean is sort off useless. They should add fish that you can actually see bite your line when you go fishing. Mods might do the trick for things, but if vanilla minecraft had all this stuff, it would truly be the best game ever ( dispite the the fact that it already is )

I would want to add an enchantment for your sword that would allow you to strike things (including people ) with lightning. I'd also add the ability to paint a pixle art painting on paper and armor.

Also, blade, I like your pic. I use that sword to fight all the time.

More flexibility with changing stuff like NBT data and Spawners and mob properties and also more flexibility with command blocks
