OBS has quite low recording quality, but should be enough for minecraft. If you want really good quality though, I recommend getting a paid recording software. Sure, it costs money, but usually around 30 bucks. Try !Action or Dxtory. The latter creates HUGE files if you dont configure it right, you might want to look up a tutorial on how to stop it from doing so. But the quality is excellent. I've been able to record in HD, if not actual 4K.

OBS is best. Whatever resolution you want with no watermark.

I would have to agree with this, OBS is the best recording software I have used other than ShadowPlay. If you have an nVidia GPU you probably have shadowplay.
