For the average non-main character

Ive watched Naruto for abt 20 episodes, and I can say its a peaceful place compared to some other anime. Watching a few clips, theres a few wars, but nothing egregious like human-rights violations/war crimes.
S4 spoilers: No one would want to live in S1 Paradis Island which is self explanatory. Current S4 Paradis Island is basically medeival type towns and Marley (If you werent Eldian) had basically the WW1 QoL, except for the danger of titans.
In the promised neverland, humans arent even supposed to be in the demon realm
Unless you're unlucky and ghouls attack you, nothing much happens here for a normal person.
After the war in Violet Evergarden its pretty peaceful for the average person so thats it
Akame ga Kill has the rich basically beating down on the poverty striken people, so no.
I havent watched one piece cus its fricken 1000 episodes long
Basically my verdict is:

Violet Evergarden (time of peace)
Tokyo Ghoul/Naruto (the bad things only occur by luck in Ghoul and modern QoL, and in naruto the wars arent bad on the peaceful living people)
AoT S4: Marley (generally peaceful and only a small danger of titans)
