None of them, not even 'other'.
Some youtubers are fun to watch but as soon as they become more popular things get commercialized really quick and they often drop fun stuff for things which "most people" would like. So I kinda gave up on youtube for that, let alone pick out any favorites. In the end they're pretty much all the same IMO, there are some exceptions of course but nothing related to Minecraft for me.
My problem is that I've seen too many "famous" Minecraft redstoners display their complete ignorance of the observer block back in the day it got out. Even several months after the official release plenty of them would still resort to using circuits which could have been fully optimized with one (or more) observer blocks, and that made me realize the obvious...
Plenty of people who use redstone don't know exactly how things work but they know all the best when to use a specific circuit ("setup") in a specific situation. But they hardly try to think 'outside the box' and try to optimize their work even further. At most their optimization would result in exchanging one (existing) circuit for the other.
So when a new block came out a lot of them were still stuck in their line of thinking. Circuit 'a' was best used in situation 'z' because that's the way it was, never bothering to try and see how that could be done better (or rather: more efficient).
Nothing wrong with that perse, but it sure made me lose a lot of interest for some more technical Minecraft youtubers. And these days I hardly watch Minecraft youtubers at all.

Like Crainer, he used to post really cool and fun videos, and he still does... Just, they're not as good... Like his Fortnite videos, the first couple were really fun, then they got boring. Now I think he's getting back into Minecraft which is good, but now every time he starts a new video he says something like "Can you hit the like button in 5 seconds?" and I hate Youtubers that do that.

I don't really have a #1 favorite, but if I had to choose, I'd say either EmpLemon or JonTron because they're both funny, entertaining, and honest YouTubers who still make content to this day and aren't extremely fake or manipulative. Heck, JonTron has his own studio that he owns himself and is free from corporate control, which makes his videos all the more enjoyable and have their own charm. EmpLemon, however, has extremely enlightening videos with a creative editing style based off his own YTPs. I highly recommend giving these guys a watch instead of the corporate/pandering shells of the site.
