I'm necessarily sure what my dream PC would be. I'd have to say one that can play Skyrim on the highest graphics, play Minecraft with all the shader mods, and run games made in Unreal Engine 4, would have to be my dream PC.

I must say, I don't really know anyone who would use up to 32GB yet 64GB.
I'd say go with something like 16GB (though my friend has 24GB and he says it's silly to have more then that) and it could save you cash.
EDIT: Also, when will you ever need a 1200W power supply? Jesus, only buy what you need for God's sake.

Plus, this is our DREAM PC, right? There was never a limit on how much money we could spend or what we could buy!
If you did what I did, you would need over 16 GB of RAM just to keep the system from locking up (it's always fun to see how well your system does after you change a few lines of code and recompile the entire Linux kernel while you are doing a kernel upgrade...I do that on a 32 GB machine sometimes), and bumping it up to 64 GB is just preparation for the future (if I felt like it, I could get a server motherboard and bump it up to at least 96 GB of RAM, but that might be a little unnessecary).
