Help with bedrock edition

i have a bedrock account that i havnt used in over a year and i dont know how to sign in on that account because it is asking for me to pay for the bedrock edition again, i am cautious to do this because i have already bought it and have an account

Sign into the Mojang account associated with your payment (Minecraft.net) or your Microsoft account associated with the payment of Minecraft for Windows 10!

this might actually work better than what I described because my comment has worked for Java Edition and I've never tried it for bedrock. (I haven't needed to yet.)

If you get into the game there should be a button that says log in or something of the like in the left corner.

I have a windows pc and i dont have the app anymore because ive reset my laptop a while ago so i went to install it again but i cant install it without psying, ive already paid but dont know how to log in if i dont have the app
