Which folder on mobile Bedrock edition do I copy a mod skin into?assignment_returned
There's folder options for behavior packs, development, sub texture packs for individual worlds, etc. I have no idea what I'm doing

You'd have to create a resource pack to retexture something. You'd then put the resource pack in the resource packs folder of the world you want it on(in minecraftWorlds)

Thank you! How do I create a resource pack? Just title a folder? Sorry, completely new. Thanks again

It's more complex than that. You have to have it in a specific format, with a manifest and a uuid. minecraft.gamepedia.com/addon has the vanilla resource pack, which has all needed things. You'd need to change the uuids in the manifest(use a uuid generator like https://www.uuidgenerator.net/), and I'd suggest deleting all files except the ones you're using to keep the size down
The wiki also has a good tutorial on it if you want to go in-depth on it (https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Tutorials/Creating_resource_pack_add-ons)
