Hi everybody I am about to film some minecraft videos to post on youtube but I want to have a good free screen recording and video editing software. So if you guys would tell me a couple good free ones I be very happy. Thanks everybody!

If you're on Windows, you could use Windows Movie Maker.
If you're on a Mac, perhaps iMovie?
If you're on Linux... I don't know.

I'd suggest bandicam. It's as good as FRAPS, and it's free! The only limits of the free version is that there's a "Bandicam.com" watermark and a 10 minute recording time (per video), but it's nothing to be worried about.
