Bungee Cord
Hi I am using Bungee Cord to link my 2 server together. In order to do this you need to turn all of you servers to offline mode. When you do this the server becomes cracked and cracked users can join. One cracked user join and he has my user name with all caps and my server thinks its me and he griefs my server all the time. How do I fix this so no cracked users can join?

It's pretty easy. I had this issue when I first started using BungeeCord.
The easiest way around it is this:
1. Download the plugin IPList (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/iplist/)
2. Put the plugin in your plugins folder and reload.
3. Now, presuming that you have already set up BungeeCord, join the server through your BungeeCord proxy.
4. Then, if you have essentials installed, do /seen (your username).
5. You'll get the IP address the proxy assigns to every user that joins through the proxy. You'll need to write that IP down.
6. Once you have it copied down, go into the FTP or folder your server is in. Go to the plugins folder, and find the IPList folder in it. Open up the config.yml from that.
7. Make the config look like this:
8. Save the config, and reload your server.
9. Repeat steps 6-8 on your other server after installing the plugin on that one too.
10. You should be good to go now. To test it out, try and join with the normal IP, not BungeeCord. Hopefully, you'll get disconnected. Then try with the BungeeCord one, and you should get in. Same goes for your other server.

I'm pretty sure bungeecord checks anyways.
Then... youre screwed....
I wish I could do that but all of the other IPs all the players know about because they used to join them before I got bungee cord
Make the central server online mode and all the target servers offline and never give their IPs out
