Can any block be placed on top of tilled dirt?

Can any block be placed on top of tilled dirt without it reverting to normal dirt? Need answers ASAP

you can place the block you want on top then use /setblock ~ ~-2 ~ farmland while standing on top of the block to place the tilled dirt, but I dont think without commands its possible
