Can't break blocks in a 32x32 area in a server

So it's a random 32x32 area, not on a chunk border.

-In the area is a automatic wheat farm. (The one with a minecart. (wasn't running before the area stopped working)).

-I cant'open chests or go through doors

-water can stream inside the area and I can push a block in it.

(area around chuck 27 4 11)

Does someone know what is wrong here?

Late reaction, but I found the problem. My friend changed the spawn-protection to that area.

spawn-protection needs to be 0

This could be due to the spawn-protection in the server.properties file, check that and make sure it's set to 0. Good luck!

Go to your minecraft server proppeties file you can disable sspawprotection in there

Then you should check the spawn protection.
