Ive started up a server, its going to be an Networks server (Mini-games,Towny,Factions,Free-Build etc) but theres a conflict with towny and factions..
Does anybody know how to make it so you cant use factions commands in the towny world and vice versa?

Not possible without very hard coding, just use one
You only need one or the other, not both.
