Getting Players? Getting Donors?

Hi, I am the owner of The Apple Box Network and we currently have Factions with lots of custom things and creative up, and coming soon sky block, zombie survival, survival, rpg, towny, hunger games, ctf, and more! But we are already spending so much money, we have an awesome hub that my awesome build team built, got custom plugins from developers I hired but we don't have a steady player base, we get some players on but we can't seem to get more, I have never had a player come on and then leave, all players that have joined stayed and come back but it's very difficult to get the server out there and i'm sure that if players knew about the server they would join. Also I haven't gotten any donors, I setup perks you can buy and everything but I guess the players that I got aren't the donating type, so how would I get my server out there for more players to know about it and hopefully some of those players will join and donate. Also I am looking for some you tubers for the server!
