I really like Chocapic13 shaders in particular, even more than SEUS.

depends on how good your computer is, if it is like a good pc then i would recommend BSL Shaders.

I'll try it out, my computer isn't that great

It really depends on how good your computer is and what it can handle, but what I've found is that BSL shaders is a lightweight pack for optifine that really looks good and only cuts your frames in half. Most shader packs drop you down to 11fps or something crazy like that. Also, stay away from any shaders mods that require you to use something else besides optifine, or sites that require you to download things from other websites (adfl.ly, gloyah.net, etc.) I once made that mistake and got a virus on my computer.

Hey, I would add Sildur's Shaders to the list Sfekke provided, they're a little different but similar to BSL in that they're highly customizable. Go with the "Lite" one if you have an integrated GPU or if you're not sure what that is. And definitely use Optifine. If you use reddit at all, I just made a community for screenshots and the like at https://www.reddit.com/r/MC_shaders/
As of now I'm the only person in it, so you won't exactly get overwhelmed by comments or feedback. Maybe eventually it will grow, but for now it's just a small corner of the internet I have complete control over :)

Shaders comes included with Optifine, there's a 1.14.3 version.
If you want shaderpacks I really enjoy using these
BSL Shaders
Sonic Ether's Unbelievable Shaders (SEUS)
KUDA
& at last Wisdom
Once Optifine is installed you can enable shaders as such :
On the main menu go to "Options" -> Video Settings... -> Shaders*1 -> Here you can select what shaderpack you want to use.
Clicking "Shaders Folder" will open the folder where you'll place the ZIP files (do not extract these, keep them in their archive!)
*1 It might ask you to disable Anisotropic Filtering, do that under "Quality..."
Hopefully this helps you out somewhat :)
Also,
there is a dedicated shaders mod, but it's better to use Optifine as it's
1. Easier
2. Gives more performance
3. Has higher compatibility as some shaderpacks require Optifine regardless.

No problem, glad to give my favorites =)
Shaders really transform your game, it looks stunning!
Personally I run them after I finished a build in on my Survival world; to just get that jaw dropping moment
Hope you like them as much as I do ^^
