HELP Me MineCraft Crashes

I need help, everytime i try to play minecraft it restarts my computer!
I have played this game for a couple days before this started happenning... Can anyone give me some ideas on how to fix this? thanks!
P.s Im on 1.4.2 and have the most current java, but when i load minecraft i can play for 5 seconds or so before it restarts my WHOLE computer!
