Help with Bungee server (Wont start)

1.8 Bungee server crashing repeatedly, it worked fine until I recently restarted it, and I don't know what's different or how to fix it. Let me know if you have anything I can do without starting from scratch. Please only respond if you actually understand what this log means and/or have a solution to the problem. Could be that you are putting to much stress on the server? With that many plugins, especially ones like vox, world edit, and multiverse you should run a minimum of 2gb server.

There is not any errors there so its hard to tell what is going on looks ok. Is this a bungee server? there is nothing there to show that it is
