Help with mod installing!

I'm attempting to get a mod, but when I delete the META.INF on Winrar, it says access is denied. How can I fix this! Plz help!

This is likely because there are multiple users on your computer. You can either play Minecraft on the Administrative user on your computer or get on the Administrative user and give your user permission to delete files and manage programs.
