Help with setting server up

Well... Let me start out by saying I am not good with tech at all, and I want to host a server from my computer, since I am broke i cant actually pay a host. So I wish to run one from home, and I want it to be modded and have bukkit plugins. I know that I have to use cauldron, I have it downloaded and everything, just when I made the batch file it said this
I just dont know what to do, I already googled it, any suggestions?
